We stand behind every RecallRover report. If you are not satisfied with your recall report for any reason, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. No fine print, no hoops to jump through.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. Refund requests received after this 7-day window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Send an email to support@recallrover.com with the following information:
- The email address you used for your purchase
- The VIN associated with the report (optional, but helps us locate your order faster)
- A brief note that you'd like a refund (no explanation required)
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your refund request, here's what to expect:
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of acknowledgment.
- Funds returned: Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Refund Amount
All eligible refunds are issued for the full purchase price of $13.95. There are no restocking fees, processing fees, or partial refunds.
